Watching and access
The first 10 episodes of every series are free. After that each episode costs one unlock, once, and what you open stays open. If access is missing, sign out and back in, then contact support with the series and episode URL.
Following a channel
Following is free, never expires, and grants no paid access on its own. It is a bookmark with a bell, and it can never cost you anything.
Channel subscriptions
Some channels sell a monthly pass instead of selling episodes: one price opens everything that channel has published, and the creator decides how many episodes stay free for everyone. A pass renews from your balance each month — cancel it any time under Account → Wallet, and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
Creator uploads
Creator Studio accepts supported video files, processes long uploads into episodes, and reports upload status. Keep your source files until processing and publication are confirmed.
Rights and safety
Use the Copyright & Rights Policy for infringement, likeness, privacy, or synthetic-media complaints. Include the exact URL and enough detail for us to locate the material.
Account security
Never share your password or signed media links. Report a compromised account immediately and include the account email, but never send your password.
